3. Basis of Sale and Product Information

3.1 Product Descriptions: We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of Goods appearing on the Website are correct. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3.2 Formation of Contract: A contract for the sale of Goods between us is formed only when we have processed your payment and sent you a Confirmation of Order email.

3.3 Business Customers (B2B): If you are purchasing Goods for use in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession, you acknowledge that you are not a Consumer, and certain consumer protection rights (such as the 14-day cooling-off period) will not apply to you.
4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing: All prices displayed on the Website are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment by BACS transfer/bank transfer

4.3 Errors: If we discover an error in the price of any Goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
5. Delivery and Risk

5.1 Delivery Location: We deliver Worldwide. Delivery charges and estimated timescales will be confirmed upon quotation. Delivery outside of the UK is strictly EX WORKS terms.

5.2 Delivery Time: Any dates specified for delivery are estimates only, and time for delivery shall not be of the essence. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

5.3 Risk and Title: Risk of loss and damage to the Goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the Goods shall not pass to you until we have received full and cleared payment for the Goods.
6. Warranty and Liability

A. Manufacturer's Warranty

6.1 Warranty Period: We warrant that on delivery, and for a period of 12 months from the date of sale, the Goods shall be free from material defects in design, material, and workmanship.

6.2 Exclusions: The warranty in Clause 6.1 does not apply to any defect arising from:

Fair wear and tear;

Wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal working conditions;

Failure to follow our or the manufacturer's instructions as to the installation, operation, or maintenance of the Goods;

Alteration or repair of the Goods without our prior written consent.

B. Consumer Rights (Applicable only to Consumers)

6.3 Statutory Rights: If you are a Consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply Goods that are in conformity with the contract. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which include the right for Goods to be: of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
C. Limitation of Liability (Applicable to all Customers)

6.4 Liability Cap: Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods.

6.5 Exclusions: We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

Any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Consumer Right to Cancel (Distance Selling): If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract and return the Goods within 14 days from the day after you receive the Goods. You must notify us of your decision to cancel. The Goods must be returned to us at your cost and risk within 14 days of notifying us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the Goods back or receiving evidence that they have been returned.

7.2 Faulty Goods (All Customers): If the Goods are faulty, please contact us immediately. We will comply with our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for Consumers) or the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (for Business Customers).
