Meet The Team

An acoustical engineer by trade specialising in production engineering, working within the audio and broadcast industries. Hands on guidance from one of the most renowned audio designers of our time, Tim de Paravicini. Tim and Andy worked closely together on many products, some of which were Tim's own. All of our striking casework designs are from Andy's imagination, bringing form and function together.

A celebrated audio engineer, his circuit designs have been listened to and enjoyed throughout the world. His attention to detail and his way to manipulate his circuits brings a touch of magic to our products. Glen's love for the "Class A" amplifiers stands out in his design philosophy, there is only one way to do it, do it right! More magic will be released in his "Designer Series" Class A amplification!

Right at the front end of the company is the production director. A knowledge base including machining, wiring, finishing and overall quality control is what Simon brings to the table. Simon and his team

are what makes our products what they are and the last people to see them before the customer!

At the heart of any company is the person that binds it all together. Bridget looks out for us all, making sure we

are all OK! On top of running the company and seeing to its day to day needs. Bridget's skill base secures what we do and when we do it!

Our finance analyst with a degree in accounting and finance, plus a CIMA qualification, Shaani is all about diving into financial data to help the company make smart decisions. Overlooking how the company is doing financially, forecast revenues and expenses, and whip up financial models. Being good with numbers is one thing, Shaani also isn't afraid to help production when needed. 

Hands on and with an interest in computer studies and audio streaming, Nick is part of the production team.

Bringing consistency and quality to all sub assembly parts across our range of products. Nick understands the concept of High End Audio and its requirements bringing attention to detail that is required for each product.
